It really is remarkable the transformation that Acres made at Brook Run. Thank you so much from all us here at Brook Run the residents really have enjoyed all the amenities and the gorgeous landscaping. Muriel, I can not believe I forgot to tell you this but on May 19th we had a Board meeting at Madrona Mews. All the homeowners just were over the moon over the plowing for the winter. Many have complimented the crew on how hard they work when they are on site for landscaping. Just thought you should know how appreciated you and your crew are

We, the Laurel Ridge Homeowners' Association Board of Directors, would like to take this long overdue opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to our Acres representative, Melissa Cain. Melissa has far exceeded our personal and professional expectations. We find Melissa to be a tremendous asset to Acres in that she exhibits dependability, the ability to not only listen but hear what her customers are saying in order to provide absolute customer satisfaction in an attentive and expeditious way. Melissa has superb organizational skills, which in turn allow her to be responsive to her customers in a diligent, proactive manner. Her careful and thoughtful attention to our account has been outstanding. Her communication skills are also excellent. She provides consistent regular updates as well as thorough follow up reporting on projects and the maintenance schedule. She is also very creative and knowledgeable with respect to plantings, landscaping renovations as well as proper recommendations. We sincerely appreciate all her advice she has provided us to date. And if that isn't enough, she demonstrates strong human relation skills. We have found Melissa to be a pleasure to work with as a Board.

And, of course, we would be remiss not to mention Roberto Beltran. Roberto continues not to disappoint so we extend much appreciation for the service he provides to us as well. He, too, is a valuable asset to Acres. We know that as long as Roberto is supervising the work, our subdivision will maintain its excellent, well-manicured, and well-nurtured appearance.

Again, many thanks to you and your wonderful staff for making our experience with Acres such a pleasant one. Our neighborhood has never looked better!

I just wanted to let you know how professional and nice your employee just was. I flagged the truck down as I had a gooey cocoon growing on my beautiful tree. Your employee stopped the truck and looked at it.He then cut that small branch off so it would not spread to any other area on the tree. He was going to contact you and let you know what was going on.

Again, just to let you know what a good impression was left by your employee. I do believe I mentioned to you, I have NO complaints with Acres either snow removal or landscaping.

I just wanted to personally take some time out and tell you what a great job Catherine Snyder did on repairing one of our flower beds. I live in Braymore and one of the common areas that your staff maintains got “clipped” accidentally. I placed a call to Charlotte and within hours Catherine called me back. She indicated that she had to be back in Braymore that afternoon and suggested meeting with me. She was terrific; she came, took some pictures, suggested some better format and ideas and was gone.  Within several weeks, we had new flowers and better landscaped than ever before. She was extremely knowledgeable in the type of flowers that would be better suited for the spot. Her ideas and people skills were outstanding. She truly provided exceptional customer service. I am a former Board Director, that resided on the Braymore Association and we have been working with Acres for a number of years. I am glad that we continue to choose you as our vendor of choice for lawn care.

Hi John, I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with Adan. He is always so nice and helpful. He is "Johnny on the spot" when you need him and calls back ASAP. He is a real asset to have at Acres and I hope he knows how much he is appreciated.  I also wanted to let you know that Scott Hartel has been doing a good job on Sienna, Sienna III and Willow Place in Wheeling even though he has a lot on his plate. He has a great personality, is easy to work with and is always kind and wants to make everyone happy. Muriel Pick has also grown on me since working with her at Haverford HOA. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and she has a good working relationship with the HOA and I am glad she is on this property. Thanks.

I was walking this afternoon with my dog and my young granddaughter. We were on Grand Haven Circle, when suddenly we all got our feet tangled up and my granddaughter and I found ourselves flat out on the sidewalk. It was my fortune that a man from ACRES was working in the area and came over to help me. He was a man by the name of Jesus. He held onto the dog and asked to assist me up. He held the dog for me while after catching my breath, I was able to get myself up. I am very grateful for this kind helping soul who came to help me in my time of need. I am hoping that you will pass my thanks on to him and tell him how much I appreciated his help. ACRES is a better company because they have caring people in their employment like Jesus.

We are most grateful for the fine work, the great attitude of you and the staff in working with us, and the speed with which you got it all accomplished.  The homeowners are really delighted and for the first time, feel somewhat safe from flooding.  You really out did yourself and we say thank you so much.
