This property is a multi family apartment complex located on the corners of N. Buffalo Grove Road and E. Hintz Road in Arlington Heights. It boasts two large ponds plus waterfalls and brooks that encircle and weave in and out of the landscaping throughout the property. The large clubhouse has a cantalievered deck that overlooks the largest pond, complete with fountain, as well as an indoor lounge with fireplace, exercise room and café area. Once you step outside of the clubhouse, the outdoor pool is just as stunning. Renovated this year with the help of the Acres Design Team, the pool area now includes (besides the inground pool of course!) an outdoor lounge area around the gas fireplace, outdoor grilling/eating area under a smaller pergola matching the existing by the pool, paver walkways and new pool deck surface. Working together with multiple contractors, Acres brought the design plans to life by paying attention to every detail all the way down to new planters with tropical flowers in pots all around the area.

The existing pool area had chipped, cracked and sunken concrete and an old wooden fence that was falling apart. By repairing and coating the concrete, adding a new metal fence and changing the ingress and egress points of the pool area, it is a much more inviting and welcoming space for residents to enjoy.
